Compact laminate Facade Systems
The compact laminate used in exterior cladding conforming to EN 438 norms is resistant to effective weather conditions. It is resistant to UV rays, wind friction, high temperatures, frost, rains and impacts thanks to its protective layer on its surface. It has high resistance to scratching, cracking and breaking and does not rot. Standard quality laminates have the feature of being able to withstand Class B-S2, d0 fire as hard flammable.
Since high level ventilation is provided in buildings where compact laminate exterior coating is applied, humidity, heat loss and temperature differences are also prevented.
Compact Laminate; Solid laminate panels formed by pressing the phenol-based synthetic resin-impregnated kraft papers and the melamine-based resin located on the outside of the decorative papers on both surfaces at a temperature of 150 ° C and 100 kg / cm² under pressure for 90 minutes. No additional application is made to the laminate surface after pressing.
Its weight is 1.45 kg / m2 for 1mm. Compact laminate, which can be produced from 1 mm to 40 mm, is generally used in façade coatings in 4mm – 12mm sizes.
